The rental fee ranges from $500 to $1,500 for a reception and includes 7 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $250 with reception rental. Please note indoor space listed is actually an indoor/outdoor combined space. Food and beverage minimum will apply and may vary depending on season and circumstances of the event; please inquire directly with the venue. Special rates for room blocks.
