Chapel of Our Lady of the Snows Overview
Situated in the Girdwood valley, and offering spectacular views of the local mountains and Moose Meadows, The Chapel of Our Lady of the Snows offers a charming venue for your wedding day. The beautifully-appointed chapel offers an elegant simplicity that requires little to no decoration. The chapel features simple wooden pews, log wood walls, and an elevated platform with an understated altar. The intimate setting can accommodate most guest list sizes and offers a tranquil setting for the exchange of vows. Located on the lower level of the building is the Meadows Community Center, which can be used to host your wedding reception. The space looks out onto Moose Meadows, and French doors open onto a large patio, complete with log benches. Enjoy an evening complete with a delicious catered meal, cake, and toasts in honor of your new life together.Venue Notes
The rental fee is $750 for a reception and includes 4 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $850 with reception rental or $850 for a ceremony only wedding and includes 4 hours. A rehearsal is included with a ceremony an includes an extra hour of event time. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. Please note there is a $100 additional fee applicable on certain days of the year, please inquire directly with the venue. Venue is also able to accommodate rehearsal dinners, please inquire directly with the venue.Amenities And Requirements
