More than a library! In addition to being home to many books in the Palos Verdes Library District, including an extensive local history collection, The Malaga Cove Library is also an intimate and romantic venue close to the Palos Verdes coastline. The library specializes in intimate wedding celebrations of up to 100 guests. The lovely Mediterranean Revival style building was designed with a large classical gallery adjoining a picturesque garden. These two charming spots are linked by a wall of French doors and a PV stone walkway. Enjoy the cool ocean breeze drifting gently across the lawn and into the gallery. Pledge your love in a heartfelt ceremony out in the garden. Then, as guests mix and mingle over cocktails and appetizers you can pose for formal portraits on the library's main floor. Reunite with your guests in the Art Gallery space for either a standing cake and champagne reception, or a more formal seated meal at long, elegant, family-style tables.
