There is a base rental fee of $400 to rent the property. Each building that you choose to use has an additional fee of between $100 and $600. The average wedding and reception without overnight accommodations costs about $1,100. With on-site accommodations, the average wedding costs about $3,000. Requirements
- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Approved outside caterer allowed- Music must end by 2:00AM- No glass bottles outdoors- No open flame (including candles) inside buildings- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- No use of pesticides on the premises. Citronella candles around the perimeter and Deet applied directly to clothing are okay- Smoking outside only- Wheelchair access limited
