The Railroad Historical Center Overview
Invite your loved ones to a one-of-a-kind wedding celebration at the Railroad Historical Center. Located in Greensboro, South Carolina, this non-profit organization offers its beautiful space for wedding receptions and other special events. The Railroad Historical Center was established in 1970 and was operated by local residents until 2005, when it was donated to the nearby Greenwood Museum. Its expansive property features an impressive collection of antique train cars and steam locomotives, including several that are over 100 years old. The gorgeous old trains offer abundant opportunities for a romantic “first look” or a unique post-ceremony photography session as well as a one-of-a-kind backdrop for your wedding reception.
