Its spacious second floor can accommodate 140 people for a seated dinner or up to 180 for a standing reception. The rental fee is $425 for a reception and includes 3 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $425. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $125/hr. A refundable security deposit of $150 is required. Please note venue is not available for private events on Sundays.Amenities And Requirements
