The city of stars offers another gem in this historical urban warehouse that has been repurposed into an industrial-chic event space. Built in 1913 as a lumber yard, 440 Seaton is gargantuan at 10,000 square feet, able to accommodate up to 1,700 guests or 600 tables. Much of the original structure has been preserved, from the exposed brick to the wooden beams and skylights that illuminate the Great Hall with generous amounts of natural light. With 50-foot ceilings, the space possesses the grandeur and majesty of a cathedral, while the original concrete and wooden floors lend it a rustic, whimsical charm. There’s a rooftop with sprawling views of downtown Los Angeles- a perfect backdrop for photos, the reception, and the ceremony.
