There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony is $2,500. The set up fee for a ceremony only wedding is $5,000. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $25 per person, per, per hour. A complimentary bridal suite is included with a minimum $50,000 spend. If event meets minimum $75,000 spend a complimentary 2 night bridal suite will be included. There is a minimum guest count of 125 people in the Grand Ballroom, and a minimum guest count of 75 people in the Empire Ballroom.Amenities And Requirements
