The standard Saturday rental fee is $7,350 for a reception and ceremony and includes 12 hours of rental time. Peak season is September - November. A refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required. - Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Approved outside caterer allowed- BYO alcohol- General liability insurance required- Music must end by 11:00PM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Smoking in designated areas only- Wedding coordinator required
