Set on 12 secluded acres, just outside the city of Hutchinson, this rustic lodging offers simple accommodations ideal for your intimate and understated, yet elegant, wedding celebration. The inn features a tranquil waterfront pond with plenty of green spaces for an outdoor ceremony and reception! And why limit your wedding celebration to one day? Invite your nearest and dearest to stay on site with you and enjoy the playground, hot tub and pool table. Horseback rides, paddle boats, and a zip line activity are also available for an additional charge. Rooms are split between a house and a cottage. Both have kitchens and living areas. The rental fee ranges from $760 to $800 for a reception and ceremony and includes 24 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. A refundable security deposit of $50 is required. Rental fee includes overnight accommodations for 20-26 people. A 2 day minimum is required. Please inquire about applicable discounts for multiple days. No glass containers allowed outside. No fireworks after 10:00PM. Property spans 11 acres including a pond. Usage fees may apply for groups of more than 20 people. All cottages are pet friendly.Amenities And Requirements
