Yamhill County Fair & Event Center Overview
Located in the center of Yamhill County in the heart of wine country, Yamhill County Fair & Event Center is the home of Oregon's oldest fair. If you're looking to host a one-of-a-kind wedding celebration, there's no better place to mark the creation of your own family history than the Yamhill County Fair & Event Center. The center's grounds feature facilities and locations that can easily accommodate outdoor and indoor festivities of all types—ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Pledge your love outdoors in a romantic and magical wedding ceremony. After the ceremony, choose from one of several spaces for your cocktail hour. After cocktail hour reunite with your guests in the Leslie Lewis Pavilion for your grand reception. The expansive Leslie Lewis Pavilion can seat up to 300 guests for dinner and dancing. The rental fee is $600 for a reception and ceremony and includes 12 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. A refundable security deposit ranging from $200 to $500 is required. Please inquire about half day rentals. Venue is not available during last week of July and first week of August due to fair. BYO alcohol requires a permit and onsite security.
