UCF Fairwinds Alumni Center Overview

Located on the campus of the University of Central Florida, the UCF Fairwinds Alumni Center offers easy access to major highways and is less than 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport. The UCF Fairwinds Alumni Center is a unique venue because of its commitment to excellence and professional student event team. With several unique spaces to choose from, you are certain to find one or more that fits your needs. The Grand Ballroom is the centerpiece of the venue. It accommodates more than 200 guests for dinner and dancing. The ballroom has glass French doors leading to Knights Terrace, which overlooks the Alumni Lawn. Packages include the screen and projectors to play a video or display a monogram. The Ballroom Duo are two separate ballrooms that are every bit as inviting as the Grand Ballroom, yet more intimate, perfect for smaller gatherings. Access to the terrace provides guests an enjoyable evening under the stars. Located on the east side of the grounds, the Manglardi-Knight Patio is surrounded by tropical palm trees offering a spectacular view of Memory Mall. This space has a covered area perfect for a band and dancing or cocktail hour.

Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $625 to $1,500 for a reception and includes 8 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $600. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $50/hr.
