The Atchison Event Center is located in historic Atchison, Kansas; a small city on the west bank of the Missouri River, located 35 minutes north of the Kansas City International Airport, 20 minutes north of Leavenworth, Kansas, and 25 minutes south of St. Joseph, Missouri. The Atchison Event Center is a full-service facility that specializes in helping you make your event successful and affordable. Whether you’re having a small or large wedding, they can meet your needs with their full-service staff and large facility, with approximately 16,000 square feet of event space. The Atchison Event Center provides for all your wedding and reception needs. Whether you’re planning an elaborate wedding reception or an intimate, casual reception, they have a space suited for your vision. Each space can be customized to fit your style and theme. The rental fee ranges from $1,000 to $1,800 for a reception and/or ceremony and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $1,000 with reception rental or $2,000 for a ceremony only wedding. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $1,000/hr. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. BYO catering is allowed, however additional fees may apply. BYO alcohol requires corkage fee.
