The Black Stallion boasts 24 bedrooms, a commercial style kitchen and a private catering prep and service area, a well-equipped game area, two pool tables, a dry sauna, two hot tubs, a workout room, access to the amenities of the gated community and more. Offering over 23,000 square feet of stylish living space, this luxury home can accommodate 55 overnight guests and up to 225 people for an unforgettable celebration. Venue Notes

The rental fee for the property ranges from $6,200 to $45,00 includes 3 to 7 days of property rental and overnight accommodations. Minimum lengths of rental vary by month and season. Pool area and event room each accommodate up 150 guests, and higher guest counts can be accommodated with tents. Property sleeps up to 55 guests and has 24 bedrooms - most of which have king size beds and private bathrooms.
