The Estate Wedding Fee ranges from $9,995 to $13,995 for a rehearsal, ceremony and reception, wedding planning, day of coordination and use of all furniture, props and equipment. Everything on property is included and available for your use. Estate Rental includes full access to the entire property, and requires a minimum 2-night stay in Hawkesdene overnight accommodations. Estate rental is typically divided up and paid for by the guests who stay here, and we have the program set up so your guests can pay us directly for their all inclusive stay including accommodations food and alcoholic beverages which you are providing. A $1,000 refundable deposit is optional to secure the space pending your decision. There is also a 11% tax on lodging, and 7% tax & 18% service charge on food. The Hawkesdene estate includes the Main House, Phillips House, eleven cottages and one studio that are self-contained and sit amongst a lush backdrop of mountains and trees, beautifully manicured gardens, the sparkling waters of Phillips Creek and several hiking trails that wind through the estate and along the adjacent Nantahala National Forest. Total property capacity includes 44 private bedrooms with luxury accommodations that will accommodate 88 – 122 guests. Estate Rental includes 30 private bedrooms that will accommodate 60 – 82 guests. In addition to Estate Rental, there are three additional properties including Hawkesview Cottages, Blackberry Cottage, and Phillips House that are available as a separate rental for an additional charge. Together they will accommodate 28 to 40 guests.
