Stocked with an array of modern furnishings, colorful linens, and stylish decor, this venue is ideal for brides and grooms searching for all-inclusive service. Capable of providing a smooth and memorable experience, the Pavilion offers three space options within the venue. Divided to suit guest list size, you can select to use the Full Pavilion, South Pavilion, or North Pavilion, which is the most intimate area option. Each space is equally stunning, with polished oak flooring and accent lighting. Further equipped with state of the art audio, video, and entertainment equipment, this venue makes it easy to host an exclusive or lavish event with the ones you love. Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $6,450 to $22,000 for a ceremony and reception and includes 14 hours of rental time including set up and clean up time. An additional clean up fee is applied to all events and ranges from $800 to $1,600. Fees reflected in the spot estimate include both room rental fee and clean up fee. The base prices for open bar are for a 4 hour bar time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr. A refundable security deposit of $2,000 is required. Additional fees for staffing, utilities, lighting/sound & audio/visual, rentals and catering apply.
