The rental fee ranges from $2,900 to $3,600 for a reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $400. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required.Amenities And Requirements

- Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Approved outside caterer allowed- Music must end by midnight- No open flames allowed- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Smoking in designated areas only- Venue must approve all decorations
