The rental fee ranges from $2,000 to $5,500 for a reception and includes 10 hours of event time. The ceremony package is $1,000 Sunday - Thursday and $1,500 on Fridays and Saturdays. Additional hours can be added. A 30% deposit is due up front to secure the date, as well as an executed contract.
