We are conveniently located in the heart of North Dallas, in Addison, TX just off Beltline Road, where your guests will find 200+ dining, shops and entertainment venues. We have an un-matched “walkability” factor to all these hot spots that makes our location the best choice.Renaissance Dallas Addison has just completed a multimillion-dollar meeting space renovation on our 100,000+ square feet of space. The designer drew inspiration from the journey travelers take in and out of Addison to enjoy the local culture, fine art, music and cuisine. Our showcase is the Crystal Ballroom, offering 25,400 square feet of space, divisible into 8 different spaces, including corridors. We have 2 additional ballrooms to anchor the Crystal Ballroom. The Malachite Showroom is unique to Renaissance Dallas Addison. This is a 10,000 square foot – 3 tiered space – perfect for educational seminars, general session space or awards dinner. Our Garden Court is 14,055 square foot open air space, perfect for meals or Exhibit Space. We have a total of 36 distinct space to accommodate meetings, both large and small.

Venue Notes

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events and ranges from $4,000 to $35,000. The venue allows as much time in the space as needed, based on availability.
