The rental fee is $500 for a reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all peak season Saturday events. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony is $4 per person and includes an extra hour of event time. The wedding package featured on Wedding Spot includes the reception space, tables and chair rentals and five hours of open deluxe bar. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr.
