Greenhouse Loft provides over 3,600 square feet of clean, customizable and naturally lit event space. Located in Chicago's Logan Square neighborhood, it is considered one of city's premier loft wedding venues. Our dedicated team, with years of experience, offers professional support to ensure your celebration is seamless. All you need to do is enjoy your special day! Greenhouse Loft is not only beautiful, it’s Chicago’s most sustainable wedding venue. The fully customizable space is 3,600+ square feet, with 16’ ceilings in the glasshouse. Floor to ceiling windows along the east wall provide ample natural light and a view of the outdoor garden area. The catering prep room and green room are right off the main space. The outdoor garden is accessible throughout the year, weather permitting, and is an ideal space for cocktail hour or an outdoor ceremony of up to 150 guests. The rental fee ranges from $4,000 to $10,000 for ceremony and reception, you have access to the space from noon-midnight with a 6 - 7 hour celebration time. This fee varies based on the day of the week, month, and year. Please email us directly for Holiday weekend pricing.Amenities And Requirements

- Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- All decor must be taken out of space at end of event- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Approved outside caterer allowed- BYO alcohol- Music must end by midnight- No open flames in venue, sparklers only allowed at street exit- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Nothing can be affixed to the walls- Smoking in designated areas only- Venue must approve all decorations
