Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $1,000 to $2,000 for a reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events ranging between $8,500 - $18,000 exclusive of 20% service fee and 8.25% sales tax, regardless of guest count.
