The venue allows 6 hours of event time for your Ceremony and Reception. Tours are by appt. only from Wed to Sat from 10 am to 7 pm We are a Truly All Inclusive Venue, We provide all details for your event or special day! *Catering + Two Appetizers for Cocktail Hour (Custom Menu) *Photography 6 or 8 hours Coverage (Numerous Photographer Options) *DJ 6 hours Coverage (Three DJ's to select from) *Cake/Desserts (Your Choice) (Numerous Bakeries) *Photo Booth 3 hours Coverage *Private Bartender 6 hours Coverage *Alcohol Included $500 Max, additional purchased by Client *Sweet Tea, Water and/or Punch *Acrylic Resin Plates, Chargers, Silverware, Cups supplied *Linen Napkins. All Events end at 11 pm due to local noise ordinances in Hillsborough County, Fl Special Event Cancellation Policy must be purchased if client decides to book our venue. Southern Streams Ranch purchases the general liability policy for the venue and client. Southern Streams Ranch excludes Wedding Attire, Hair, Make-up, Mixers for Alcohol that's all!
