Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $1,500 to $5,000 for a reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $2,500 with reception rental. Food and beverage minimum ranges between $15,000 to $35,000 and will be applied to all events. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $25 pp/hr.
