East Midwood Jewish Center Overview
Located in the heart of Brooklyn, New York, the East Midwood Jewish Center has been serving the community since 1924. The center’s stunning and historic facilities will provide an exceptional setting for your special day. The landmark main sanctuary is ideal for a large, traditional ceremony. The sanctuary boasts wooden pews with individual seats, large stained glass windows, and a gorgeous chandelier. For a smaller, more intimate ceremony there is the Rabbi Aaron Pomerantz Beit Hamidrash room. The magnificent Grand Ballroom is an idyllic setting for your sit-down dinner reception. The ballroom features a built-in bar counter, hardwood floors, recessed lighting, gorgeous molding and stunning chandeliers. The East Midwood Jewish Center is welcoming to all. The staff will work with you to create a wedding celebration that is truly memorable for you and your guests.Venue Notes
The rental fee ranges from $1,000 to $3,000 for a reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony ranges from $600 to $1,750 with reception rental and an additional $400 Rabbi fee for a ceremony only wedding.
