The rental fee ranges from $1,500 to $3,000 for a reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony ranges from $500 to $750 with reception or $1,500 to $3,000 for a ceremony only wedding. A food and beverage minimum is applied to all events.
