Venue Notes

The rental fee is $1,000 for a reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The set up fee for a ceremony ranges from $300 to $750 depending on the guest count. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $150/hr.Two non-refundable deposits of 25% of the estimated total are required; first at signing, 2nd is due at the halfway point between signing and the event. Outdoor receptions may be available but must receive approval from the venue. If a preferred professional wedding coordinator is hired, the venue will waive 50% of the ceremony fee.
