The rental fee for a reception event starts from $500 and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to the reception ranging from $4,000 to $10,000. The setup fee for ceremony-only events ranges from $500 to $3,500 depending on seasonality and the number of guests. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee.
