Saphire Event Group’s fourth wedding venue features 500 feet of beautiful shoreline. With lush gardens, lakefront views and gorgeous sunsets, The Lakehouse, formerly Lakeside Villa, is home to endless photo opportunities to capture the start of your happily ever-after. The Lakehouse is currently undergoing a complete renovation set for completion June 2024! ***Renderings pictured are not an exact representation of the final product, but a close approximation of the design plan of the space. Our event minimum starts at $20,000, which includes the venue rental fee, ceremony fee, food, beverage, service, and tax, and varies based on season and day of the week. Please keep in mind that guest count and menu selections will affect the overall cost. At this time, we are only booking weddings and larger scale events; including but not limited to mitzvahs, quinceañeras, etc., and cannot currently accommodate smaller events such as bridal showers and baby showers, along with micro-ceremonies or guest counts under 50.
