The rental fee ranges from $1,200 to $3,500 for a reception and includes 7 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The setup fee for a ceremony ranges from $1,200 to $2,500 with a reception rental. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr.
