The rental fee ranges from $1,500 to $2,000 for a reception and includes 12 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. For all wedding bookings, the venue is rented from Friday at 4:00PM to Sunday at 11:00AM. The set up fee for a ceremony is $4,000 with reception rental or for a ceremony only wedding. A guest minimum of 30 guests are required for all weddings. Please inquire with the venue for other rates for ceremony weddings for under 150 guests and for up to 300 guests and the ceremony space available. Booking guest accommodations at the venue are required for all weddings including a ceremony only wedding. A refundable security deposit of $4,000 is required.Amenities And Requirements
