The Pinery at The Hill Overview

The Pinery at The Hill is a first-class venue, replete with Tuscan-style architecture and state-of-the-art amenities marked by serenity and timeless elegance. With a panorama of Pikes Peak and the Colorado Springs skyline, two distinguished ballrooms, an elegant chapel and a more intimate terrace, the 22,000 sq. ft. facility offers everything necessary for an unforgettable event. Say your vows in the intimate Sweetwater Chapel, marked by serenity and timeless elegance, boasting endless views, wide-plank, hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings and hand-forged, iron chandeliers. Couples that want to take advantage of the great outdoors can hold beautiful ceremony on The Veranda, accentuated by a stone fireplace and a mountainous, majestic view. For a lavish reception the Cascade Ballroom is the perfect choice! Descend into the party on a grand, spiral staircase while you guests enjoy unparalleled views of the city skyline through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The Pinery offers a special treat for the wedding party! The bridal party will spend the time before the ceremony being pampered in The Evergreen Room, a tranquil space with soothing views, elegantly appointed, with ample lighting, mirror space, and marble countertops and fireplaces. Meanwhile the groomsmen will enjoy the masculine Bowline room with a private deck, sleek modern fireplace and a private bathroom.

Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $9,750 to $22,500 for a ceremony and reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is a $500 discount if the ceremony is held off-site. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $750/hr. Please inquire with venue coordinator for discounted wedding packages.
