The Tudor House Overview

With the grandeur of the mountains as your backdrop, a wedding located at the historic Tudor House is sure to be filled with love, laughter and memories. Originally a Roaring 20's casino and speakeasy, the Tudor House was built as an escape for the Hollywood elite. The Tudor House will bring this same feeling of escape and grandeur to your wedding weekend. A true asset to this venue choice is that accommodation is just a few steps away! The 10-room Bracken Fern Manor is complimentary with your booked reception at The Tudor House and is the perfect place for the wedding party to stay and also to dress for the day in. Enjoy a seated dinner in the main hall where the unique dark beamed ceiling adds a regal ambiance to the room complemented by the crackling fireplace and the main stage, which is a perfect spot for a wedding party banquet table. In addition to the one of a kind historical venue the Tudor House has an outstanding menu at your disposal. The team of resident chefs offer sumptuous menu items to complete the culinary experience for you and your guests on your majestic night.

Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $3,225 to $15,600 for a reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony only wedding ranges from $695 to $1,500 depending on total guest count. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr. A non-refundable security deposit of $500 is required. With the venue rental, the venue includes 8 guest rooms (up to 18 adults) plus the bridal suite for one overnight stay. Additional overnight stay can be purchased for an additional fee. Bartender fee is $200/event (cash bar), the bartender for host bars is included. All-inclusive wedding package featured on Wedding Spot includes a 3-course plated meal and the wedding cake. A one day liquor license permit may be available with the venue upon approval with the venue.
