The Hilton Garden Inn is adjacent to the Powel Crosely Estate, just blocks from the Ringling Ca d'Zan Mansion, and a short drive from the multiple ceremony sites in downtown Sarasota. Complimentary shuttle service from these nearby ceremony sites makes it easy to transport your guests between venues and relieve some of the stress of the day. However, the Hilton Garden Inn also offers elegant indoor and outdoor ceremony venues on site to suit your needs and the desire to have one venue for all of your festivities. Afterwards move into the flexible indoor spaces where the Hilton offers 1,850 sq. ft. of event space that will allow you to create your perfect wedding that reflects your unique style.

Venue Notes

There is no rental fee for a ceremony and reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $50/hr.
