Our original, double hinged mahogany French doors, connect directly to the street to allow for easy ground-level load-in and a breathtaking entrance for guests. Upon entering the space, clients are greeted with exposed vaulted brick ceilings, natural oak hardwood floors, and floor to ceiling bay windows that provide the space with a cascade of natural light. Our beautiful first floor is virtually column free, allowing for any ceremony set up of your choice. After ceremony, guests are escorted downstairs for a cocktail hour while the main floor gets transformed into your reception space. Ideal wedding capacity for The Altman Building is 225 for a wedding with a ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. We also specialize in up to 550 person “cocktail-style” wedding receptions.
