The Conch House has a Marina for those entering by boat, a cocktail lounge, festive dining rooms, and an Everglades dining patio. Imagine wedding your love down on the patio. After you enjoy the simplicity, you may climb to one of the many expressive bars for cocktails. The Topside Bar, Seminole Oyster Bar, and Conch House Lounge are festive and invite guests to celebrate with a tropical flare. Floating palm thatched roof tables hang from the raised patio over the water creating exciting hubs for your guests to explore. You and your loved ones will enjoy Caribbean fare as you dance and dine into the evening. As the sun sets over the ocean, you will feel the night come alive at the Conch House with lights, candles, and the tropical breeze. Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $300 to $1,500 for a reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $50/hr.
