The Estate at Three Village Inn is a beautiful venue overlooking scenic views of Stony Brook Harbor. Since you have exclusive use of the grounds including the Harborside Room, an intimate setting and your privacy is guaranteed. The venue is a bed & breakfast country-style inn with 21 quaint hotel rooms and suites. All of the catering is provided by world famous Chef Guy Reuge of its four star Restaurant Mirabelle. The dining room is a fabulous space with ornate decor, elegant floor-to-ceiling drapery, and hanging chandeliers. Located in the heart of the hamlet village of historic Stony Brook, The Estate at Three Village Inn will indulge and thrill your guests with its range of shops, eateries, museums and other attractions to explore. Venue Notes

The wedding package for a Saturday during on-peak season is $120 per person. There are discounts for other days of the week and off season. There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a minimum of 125 guests for Friday and Sunday and 140 guests Saturday. The fee to rent the indoor or outdoor wedding ceremony space is $500 with reception rental. The venue allows for 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $1,000 per hour based on 100 guests. Pricing based on guest count and seasonal discounts, please inquire with venue wedding coordinator.
