The Red Maple Vineyard venue in West Park, New York, wants to bring you a wedding experience you will remember for the rest of your lives. We look forward to hearing from you and helping you dream, create, and experience the wedding of your dreams. Please note that we are completely booked for our 2023 wedding season. We are booking our 2024 wedding season & are now booking 2025! Red Maple Vineyard Red Maple Vineyard is a beautiful vineyard and farm located on 143 acres of vibrant and diverse property overlooking the historic Hudson River. The land comprises a renovated cow barn from the 1800s, stone foundation ruins, a horse paddock, a chicken coop, expansive lawns, forests, vineyards, and fruit & vegetable, herb, and floral gardens. Our property provides endless opportunities for pictures and sets an incomparable scene for your ceremony and reception. Services Offered Red Maple Vineyard is a full-service wedding and catering company that uses fresh, local ingredients to ensure you have the highest quality food for your celebration. This venue can hold up to 300 guests for a grand celebration. Cuisine Select your ideal menu with the help of their talented staff. Salads, hors d’oeuvres, platters, sandwiches, and entrees can all be provided for your event. Choose from various options of chicken, beef, pork, lamb, seafood, pasta, and side dishes for a wonderful main course. Our bakery can also provide decadent pastries and wedding cakes. Reception Our beautiful reception barn can accommodate up to 300 guests with dancing. The large glass windows were designed to bring the outdoors in & are easy to open and close, making it the perfect reception for any weather. Venue Notes

The venue fee ranges from $10,000-$15,000 (depending on day of the week) for use of the property for a 6 hour event. This fee also includes 4 hours early access to the venue before the ceremony (can be extended at a fee). *6 hr. event :: 30 minute early guest arrival, 30 min ceremony, cocktail hour, and 4 hour reception with the option for a post party. Catering costs range from an estimated $188p/p - $230 p/p This includes a farm-to-table cocktail station, 8 passed hors d'oeuvres, 3-course meal, wedding cake, top shelf bar, staffing, event planning and all of the trimmings necessary for your event. Included are all tables, chairs, cocktail tables, cutlery, china, glassware, solid linens (any solid color), five votive candles per table, bar equipment, and toiletry baskets. Attractively priced upgrades include menu add-ons, farm tables, cross-back chairs, fire pit, lounge furniture, beer canoe, and more. It’s a big day. We try to make planning your wedding as effortless as possible. Customizing the menu to accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions is not a problem. Seasonal menus for the spring, summer & fall will incorporate all natural produce from our farm and from our partnering local farms. An intimate tasting will ensure your approval of the final menu.
