Choose to have your ceremony on the inviting and spacious outdoor deck, and say your vows facing open blue skies or against a graceful slope of greenery. This venue also offers an indoor reception area, a modern, comfortable setting with dramatic ceilings and a striking glass facade where you can still host your guests in a setting of sleek design enveloped by all-natural greenery. The rental fee ranges from $1,500 to $3,000 for a ceremony reception and includes 10 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony only wedding is $800. A non-refundable security deposit of 50% of the site fee is required. The venue can accommodate up to a total of 150 guests but upon approval with the venue. A 2-hour rehearsal dinner the day prior can be arranged for no additional cost. A buffet meal prices ranges from $40-$45 per person and a 2-course plated meal ranges from $39-$49 per person.Amenities And Requirements
