With stunning mountain and forest views, Aspen Grove offers one of the most beautiful and affordable venues on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe! Exchange vows in a magical forest, with all your loved ones present to witness your “I dos”. After your ceremony, guests will take in the view sipping cocktails on the expansive wraparound deck. With a large area for an intimate barbeque with your guests, you’ll mingle and celebrate against a backdrop of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, the pine trees, and the stunning blue lake. Dance under the stars as your fairytale wedding comes to a close at Aspen Grove.Venue Notes
The rental fee ranges from $1150 to $3,160 for a reception and includes 7 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $750 with reception rental. Additional hours can be arranged. A non-refundable security deposit of 50% of the site rental fee is required.Amenities And Requirements

Requirements
- Alcohol must be provided by venue- All food and beverage handled by venue- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Aspen Grove is available late May through the end of September- Candle flame must be enclosed- Catering provided by venue- Food & beverage minimum- Minimum guest count: 50- Music must end by 10:00PM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- No sparklers/fireworks- Smoking in designated areas only- Wheelchair access limited
