Situated in the northwest portion of Houston on Clay Road, the Pine Forest Country Club offers brides and grooms a private and exclusive retreat to host an unforgettable wedding and reception. Equipped with three secluded spaces, each room within this venue provides subtle touches of elegance and charm. A large and open space, the Legacy Ballroom includes a Sunset Terrace and floor to ceiling windows with views of the fairway. If you desire a more intimate space to share your vows, the venue also offers the Founder’s Lounge and Oak Room, which features a full bar, fireplace, baby grand piano, and access to an inviting Veranda. An ideal choice for couples wanting to say ‘I do’ in front of a handful of family and friends, the President’s Room is a small but regal space to tie the knot. Venue Notes

The rental fee is $1,800 for a reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $750 with reception rental. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. Please inquire with venue coordinator for member fees. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $600/hr.
