Corvallis Community Center Overview

COVID-19 Notice: Due to restrictions designed to reduce transmission of COVID-19, the Center is currently limited to a maximum attendance of 10 people for indoor gatherings and 50 people for outdoor gatherings. At this time, we are not taking reservations for larger groups for events that will be held before September 1, 2021 (any reservation is subject to cancellation depending on the pandemic's status at that time). We thank you for your understanding and patience, and wish you and those you love the very best during these uncertain times. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Located in Corvallis, Oregon, the Corvallis Community Center offers a charming and affordable venue for your wedding and reception. Enjoy your special day in a an attractive and newly-renovated space, located adjacent to a family-friendly park. Indoors, the Center offers comfortable, modern, climate-controlled indoor spaces year-round. The banquet room is available for weddings and grand celebratory receptions to wrap up your perfect occasion. A certified commercial kitchen and rooms for the bride and groom to prepare are also available. The Center's terraces are perfect for mid-size warm weather outdoor ceremony or reception and can be rented for events occurring May 1 through September 30. Outdoor reservations can also be combined with indoor space rentals to allow for an indoor/outdoor event. These spaces are very flexible, and offer a number of optional amenities, including setup and cleaning service. Alcohol service is available with an optional permit.

Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $1,235 to $1,555 and is estimated at 8 hours for a wedding reception. Hourly fees are applied for additional set up time. The fee for a ceremony ranges from $48/hr to $77/hr. Please inquire with venue coordinator for pricing for additional hours. - $12 permit, plus general liability insurance required for alcohol consumption- $5 permit for amplified sound outdoors- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Approved outside caterer allowed- BYO alcohol- Music must end by 2:00AM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- No smoking- Outdoor music must end by 10:00PM- Permit required for open flames- Venue must approve all decorations
