The Golf Club at Blue Heron Hills Overview

The Golf Club at Blue Heron Hills is located just 20 minutes outside Rochester, NY. This unique venue features interesting architecture sculpted into a picturesque backdrop of natural woodlands, lakes, and wetlands. The impeccably manicured grounds feature large trees and greens, bent grass fairways, and an abundant natural water supply. It’s an idyllic location for a romantic, onsite, outdoor ceremony. The club’s spacious Ballroom is an elegant setting for a dinner reception. The ballroom features a formal dining room, dance floor, bar, and two expansive outdoor balconies overlooking beautiful Windward Lake. As you pose for formal portraits around the grounds guests can enjoy a cold drink by the bar or step onto the balcony for a cool summer breeze and a view of the graceful lakes of Blue Heron Hills. Later, you and your guests will reunite and settle in for a delicious dinner and then dance the night away on the large hardwood dance floor. The special events team will be more than happy to help you plan all the details of your special day.

Venue Notes

The rental fee is $500 for a reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $300 with reception rental. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required.

- Alcohol must be provided by venue- All food and beverage handled by venue- Amplified music OK indoors only- Catering provided by venue- Confetti, flitter, etc is allowable for a $350 fee- Music must end by 2:00AM- Smoking in designated areas only- Venue must approve all decorations
