The Village Ballroom Overview
The Village Ballroom is Portland’s Not-For-Profit ballroom. We allow our individual renters to select which partnered nonprofit they would like the ballroom profit to be donated to. Built in 1909 in the Woodlawn neighborhood of northeast Portland, the Village Ballroom has an open ballroom with modern climate control, wood floors, large windows, a greeting room, and a bar. The Village Ballroom is designed to comfortably and smoothly accommodate your special day from small intimate celebrations or large more lavish parties. Use the space as you see fit for your happily ever after, and turn this stunning space into your dream wedding. Surround yourself with all your family and friends as you step out onto the dance floor for the first time as a married couple. Bask in the joy that comes with this romantic and celebratory occasion. The rental fee ranges from $800 to $1,000 for a reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up time. The fee for a ceremony ranges from $200/hr to $250/hr. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $200/hr to $250/hr depending on the day of the week. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. Catering is provided in-house but outside catering is permitted with a fee.Amenities And Requirements
