Deep Woods is an event space located in Elmira Oregon. This is a lovely site for your wedding celebration whether you choose to host an indoor or outdoor reception. Deep Woods has beautiful grounds with towering trees, grassy lawns, and striking gardens. A pergola with patio is the perfect place to exchange vows with your love. Under trees with shafts of sunlight you and your guests will soak up the romantic wedding day air. The lawn may host an outdoor reception in the summer months or the large covered patio. The interior space of Deep Woods is equally elegant. A fireplace, neutral pallet, and high vaulted ceilings come to life with additional wedding décor. You and your guests will enjoy this large space as you dine and dance into the evening. Deep Woods is a venue that is flexible to work with you in creating the wedding day of your dreams. The flexible interior and exterior spaces can combine to create a day full of wedding bliss.Venue Notes
The rental fee ranges from $3,400 to $4,200 for a ceremony and reception and includes a 2 day rental period. To host an event on Sunday, clients have the venue on Thursday for minimal deliveries and rehearsal. For Saturday clients have the venue on Friday for deliveries and rehearsal. hours of rental time including set up and clean up time. - Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Approved outside caterer allowed- Biodegradable items are permitted to be thrown- General liability insurance required- Music must end by 10:00PM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- No sparklers allowed- No yard games- Smoking in designated areas only
