The Majestic Downtown Overview

The name of this venue is not an exaggeration; the historic richness of the building combined with the classic décor makes it truly majestic. The lavish 32-foot high-coffered ceilings are adorned with hand-painted frescoes and bronze ornamentation that turn this architectural masterpiece into an elegant and luxurious venue for your special day. The North Hall is the ideal location for your ceremony, where you will walk down the aisle on a marble floor beneath vintage light fixtures and beside marble pillars. For a truly lavish reception move onto the South Hall, this extravagant space features historic grandeur; the white marble dance floor and deep burgundy marble banisters are complemented by ornate wood paneling and sculpted marble columns. A unique feature of the South Hall is a popular bank vault aperture emphasizing the building's historical elements. The centerpiece of the hall is a dramatic marble staircase that leads to the Mezzanine for a gallery view of the entire hall. For a different ambiance The Catwalk is a modern space with an industrial feel. The 7,180 square foot hall features unique modern-industrial style décor and a centerpiece catwalk. Its multiple levels make it a dynamic and alternative space for the couple that prefers a sleeker look for their wedding.

Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $10,000 to $20,000 for a ceremony and reception. The venue allows 18 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. Please inquire with the Sales Department for menus and price proposals.
