Sparrow Creek Ranch Overview
Three days to make it completely your own — giving you the flexibility to DIY several elements or have a luxury ranch wedding. Are you looking for a stress-free venue where you can get everything just the way you want? Then yall are our people. We give you Friday starting at 9 am to spend the whole day decorating and transforming the Barn into your grandest vision. Then Saturday you can start getting ready as early as 7 am in our bridal room and your vendors can come in and never be rushed. Your rental ends at 10 am on Sunday so everyone can go home after the reception and come back the next day to gather all your things and clean up (or have us do it).Venue Notes
Weekend Package — Three Days to Make it Your Own Starts at 9 am on Friday and ends at 10 am on Sunday. Having Friday included means you are able to set up all your decor and reception without rushing on wedding day. Your rentals can also be delivered on Friday saving you extra "weekend" delivery fees. You are also free to use the space for your rehearsal dinner during that time! October $4000 March, April, May - Sept 15-30th, & November $3800 September 1-14th & December, January, February $3000 June, July & August $2800 Included Exclusive venue access Friday - Sunday morning and the property for photos. Friday: 9 am - midnight, Saturday: 7 am - 1 am, Sunday: 7 am - 10 am 150 white, padded garden chairs & 15 round tables (tear-down included) Four (8ft) Farm Tables (typically for head table/wedding party) made of old barn wood/railroad slabs (pictures coming June 2020) Large decor, such as, sign-in tables, arches, giant chalkboards, & more (view here) Bridal suite with six giant windows for natural light & door to patio for mimosas & lunch! Bridal or engagement session at SCR Prep kitchen (not commercial, no on-site cooking), and cake/floral fridge Possible rentals pickup on Monday, decided four-weeks before event based on availability. High resolution watercolor map for your website or invitations; it’s the little things. Access to our private SCR couples & vendors FB group where 100s SCR couples current and past give helpful advice & vendors share exclusive SCR deals. No hidden fees - There are no additional service fees and taxes are included. We do require event insurance from EventHelper that is approximately $150-200; and for guest counts over 250 there is an additional $150 charge.
