The Manor itself is a home with beautiful crystal chandeliers and a spiral staircase. You and your guests will enjoy an outdoor ceremony on the Manor grounds. A gazebo area at the edge of a lake is a favorite site that frames you and your sweetheart while showing off the lake fountain in the background. The garden as well as other naturally picturesque sites can also be used for your perfect ceremony or cocktail hour. The Waverly Manor has a banquet hall that will help bring your wedding dreams to life. The 5,000 square foot ballroom has wood floors and is perfect for dancing and dining into the evening. With simple decor elements, this becomes a wedding space that wows each and every guest. The rental fee ranges from $11,900 to $12,900 and included catering for 100 guests. Catering is included in the rental fee for 100 guests. There is a $30 per person fee after 100 guests.
