Shane Center Miami Beach Overview
Shane Center Miami Beach offers a beautiful wedding and events facility with approximately 4,000 square feet of space overlooking the scenic Indian Creek Waterway. Our captivating venue incorporates waterfront views, all while remaining one of the most affordable venues in Miami Beach. The venue offers exclusive use of our spacious outdoor patio, ideal for sunset ceremonies, a wide breezeway, perfect for cocktail hours, a large banquet hall for your reception, a caterer friendly prep-kitchen and public parking adjacent to the building. As a nonprofit organization, the proceeds from events go toward the betterment of the Center and its community programs and no taxes are added to the rental fee.Venue Notes
The rental fee ranges from $2,800 to $3,900 for a ceremony and reception. It includes 5 hours of event time, 2 hour set-up, and 2 hour breakdown. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $350/hr. A refundable security deposit of $900 is required.Amenities And Requirements

Requirements
- Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Approved outside caterer allowed- General liability insurance required- Music must end by midnight- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Smoking outside only- Venue must approve all decorations
