Located on the northwest slope of Capitol Hill in the historic Harvard-Belmont Landmark District, Rainier Chapter House continues the mission of its visionary founders by offering the house for magnificent events such as your romantic wedding. Designed by well-respected Seattle architect Daniel Riggs Huntington, this replica of George Washington’s beloved Mount Vernon home was built in 1925. The home exudes an elegant Old World charm like no other. The spacious facility provides you and your guests an historical and luxurious setting to celebrate your special day. Three floors of generously sized rooms decorated with period details and furniture will provide the versatile space for you to realize your perfect wedding. The rental fee ranges from $1,750 to $3,500 for a ceremony and reception and includes 8 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony only wedding ranges from $1,500 to $3,000. An additional hour can be arranged for a fee of $225. A refundable security deposit of $500 and is required for all events.
